    Please replace PIA airfcraft flying for Japan, its too old and for Japan it is worst aircraft as Japan is a most developed country. I don not fly with PIA just because of old aged aircraft. PIA may loss further market in Japan if you continue using those old one.

    Sir I want to travel via PIA but there are many troubles such as booking. Please make PIA a comfortrable for family traveling. Change old Airbus please.

    We want to travel with PIA but please do not focus only Pakistani passengers. If PIA wants to live in commercial world of airlines..... bring modern plane, change staff attitudes, provide excellent services, value each passenger. We like our airline PIA but they should like us as well. We are not travelling on free tickets so they should provide best services. PIA can not go forward on slogans, concrete measures and real professional changes are needed sir.

    All of us should travel with PIA as this is our own airliner and we should support efforts PIA is doing to become more compatible. How can PIA buy news planes when we are not travelling via it? We should look at Indians how they prefer to travel with their national airline. PIA should be serious and prepared to compete in a very tough business.

    I think PIA need to change aircraft for Japan. Old Airbus is only defaming Pakistan name as Japan is a country of highest quality. If PIA wants to make real business in Japan, you can`t with Pakistan style business tricks. You should study Japan first and be aware of this market if there is any willingness to gain business. Even Pakistanis in Japan are well aware of highest standard and you just can not expect that they will travel with PIA just because it is national airline...... It is a great mistake, you should be professional in each and every section of this business.

    Please start direct flight for Karachi because via Beijing-Islamabad is not suitable route for us.

    I want to mention about PIA flights to Dubai. Sir change aircrafts and you can see how Emirates occupying PK passengers. Commercial world should be dealt by commercial and professional efforts. Each PIA staff should be aware that if PIA lost the business, you will finally loss to game.

    PIA aircraft Air Bus 310 is too old to fly onle a good service is not enough. A passenger need comfort on flights but in case of old aircraft I feel shy to fly with my family. Please change the aircraft so then many more Pakistanis will fly with PIA.
